How ordering works here, and how the products on the shelf relate to each other.
Ordering and delivery
Who is Peptides Direct?
Peptides Direct is a research-peptide shop. We stock peptides from more than one brand and sell each under its maker's own name, so what you order is that brand's own pen, spray or vial — and you can compare the same compound across formats and brands before you choose.
Can I order products from different brands together?
Yes. It is one basket and one checkout, whichever brand or format each item is.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive in 2–3 working days and EU orders in 3–7. Every order is sent tracked, and you receive the tracking number when it is dispatched.
For anywhere else, email us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can deliver.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout. Card payments are verified with 3-D Secure, so your bank may ask you to approve the payment before it completes.
Something is wrong with my order. What do I do?
Email us with your order number. Every order is tracked, so we can see what has happened and put it right.
Can I return an order?
These are temperature-sensitive research materials, so we cannot accept general returns once an order has been delivered. If something arrives damaged, incomplete or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
The full policy is on the returns and refunds page.
Is it legal to buy peptides where I am?
The rules differ from country to country. Everything here is sold for laboratory research only, and it is your responsibility to check the position where you are before ordering.
Products and testing
What is the difference between a pen and a vial?
A pen arrives pre-filled and assembled — there is nothing to reconstitute. A vial is a sealed vial of lyophilised powder at one strength, which the researcher reconstitutes.
Many compounds are stocked both ways. Open a compound to see every format and strength side by side.
What does the price per mg on a product mean?
It is the price divided by the amount of the compound in the product, in milligrams. It is shown on single-compound products so that, say, a 20mg pen and a 60mg vial can be compared on equal terms.
Blends do not show it, because they contain more than one compound.
Why is the same compound listed more than once?
Because it is stocked in more than one format and strength, and from more than one brand. The compound index groups them, so you can start from the molecule rather than the product.
How do I know what has been tested?
Third-party certificates are issued by Janoshik Analytical. Each is linked from the products it covers and collected on the lab reports page.
A certificate is for a peptide, so every strength of that peptide shares it, and a blend shows the certificates of its components. Where a compound has none on file yet, the page says so.
How should products be stored?
Vials are labelled for storage at 2–8°C, protected from light. Storage guidance for what you have ordered is included with every order.
A product is out of stock. When will it be back?
Stock updates through the day, so what you see is current. If something you need is unavailable, email us and we will tell you what we know.
