Research-item returns

Due to the research nature of the items we sell, we will not accept returns. Please ensure that the items you buy are adequate for your research before confirming your order.

Before you order

If you are unsure whether an item is suitable for your intended research, contact Peptides Direct before placing the order.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, email support@peptidesdirect.cc within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will put it right.
