This felt more like a metabolic support product than anything dramatic, which is probably why I liked it. I didn’t get some huge stimulant effect, but I did feel like my body was handling training and food a bit better. Workouts felt more efficient, I wasn’t gassing out as quickly, and during a cutting phase I seemed to stay a bit tighter. Hard to prove exactly what’s doing what, but overall it felt useful.

I noticed it most during cardio. Felt like I could keep going a bit longer before hitting that usual drop-off.

I wouldn’t describe it as “energy” exactly. It was more that training felt smoother and my body seemed a bit more responsive, especially when dieting. Hunger and scale weight weren’t the main difference for me, but I did feel slightly leaner and less puffy, and cardio felt less of a slog. It took a bit of time to notice properly, though.
