Definitely felt the difference.

Probably one of the more worthwhile things I’ve tried for general energy support, mainly because it didn’t feel forced. No jitters, no sudden “kick,” none of that. I just felt less run down overall and a bit more steady from morning through to the evening. It took time to notice properly, but once I did, the difference was fairly clear. More like having a bit more in the tank than suddenly feeling like a different person.

For me it was mostly about feeling less depleted.
