Really helpful overall. The first phase took a bit of settling into, then it started to feel much easier.

Probably the easiest time I’ve had sticking to a diet, and that’s saying something. Retatrutide didn’t make me magically motivated, it just removed a lot of the usual noise around hunger and cravings. I wasn’t constantly trying to talk myself out of snacks, and evening eating stopped being such a problem. That shift alone made the weight loss feel much more sustainable.

I had follow-up blood work done while using it and that improved as well, which honestly pleased me just as much as the weight loss. It made it feel like the changes were showing up beyond just what I could see in the mirror. Appetite-wise, very strong. I got full quickly and had far less interest in picking at food late in the day.

For me the biggest win was consistency. Normally I’ll do well for a few days, then appetite catches up and I end up overeating out of nowhere. On this, that didn’t happen nearly as much. I felt satisfied much sooner, snacking dropped off, and I wasn’t thinking about the next meal all the time. It made the whole process feel more manageable week to week.
