I didn’t feel much on day one, so I thought it might be one of those products that does very little, but it built up gradually. After around a week and a half I noticed I was less anxious in social situations and not getting worked up over small things in the same way. Hard to describe because it’s quite subtle, but the difference was there. It felt more like a calmer baseline than a big mood change.

This ended up being one of the better things I’ve tried for stress. I wasn’t expecting a massive amount from it, but after a few days I realised I was reacting a lot less to the usual daily annoyances. Work felt more manageable, I wasn’t getting as tense, and my thoughts didn’t seem to spiral as much. It’s not sedating at all, which is what I liked most.
