Probably the most manageable fat-loss phase I’ve had. Not because it did everything for me, but because it stripped away a lot of the usual friction. I wasn’t battling appetite all day, I got full on less food, and I didn’t feel the same urge to keep picking at things between meals. There was a bit of nausea early on if I ate too quickly or too much, but once I worked that out it was fine. Overall, it just made the whole process feel much more doable.
